We currently have no animals available for beef with the first available whole or half animals coming in late 2027 or 2028. Our sincere apologies but the demand is high and we have a waiting list.

We can recommend a butcher if you don't have a preference.  The butchers we use vacuum seal and label the meat.  Generally you should allow about 7 to 14 days of hanging time for aging.  We will provide you with a cut sheet prior to processing.

Only half or whole animals available.

Half animal - $6.50 per lb hanging weight
Whole animal $6.00 per lb hanging weight

Typical hanging weight runs from 350 to 450 lbs on most animals.

Butcher processing fees at the butcher we use is $1.49 per pound hanging weight.  Alternatively, you can pick your own butcher.
