All our animals are from registered Dexter stock.

We have appointments for these animals at a Spring, Texas processing plant but can move to a local butcher (near Livingston, TX) if you prefer.  We need about 60 days advance notice if you want to use the local butcher. You will need to pick up your meat directly from the butcher either way.

Beef is vacuum sealed and labeled.  Generally you should allow about 7 to 14 days of hanging time for aging.  We will provide you with a cut sheet prior to processing.
